The german reggae’s singer
Tilmann Otto, alias Gentleman, 28 years, son of Pasteur, allured the rastas of the Caribbean as well as high-school pupils of Germany. In Germany, “Journey to Jah”, its last album in date, were sold with 150.000 specimens. Its vocation of singer, it discovered it eleven years ago, during holidays in Jamaica.
“I discovered the reggae in Jamaica, and at the same time, I saw that in Germany, the begening of culture reggae’s development . Today, it is well established. With time, borders grow blurred little by little. We don’t wonder anymore if it is reggae of Germany, Switzerland or Japan, but just if it is good reggae. Reggae isan international music”
